Why Dispatiq

One plan. No lead fees. Ranking you can't buy.

Lead marketplaces charge you for introductions. Field-service apps don't bring you customers. Dispatiq does both in one subscription, and you only pay a small fee on marketplace jobs that are completed and paid.

The short version

Three reasons companies choose Dispatiq

1

One plan, no lead fees

Customers sign up free. Companies get a 7-day free trial, then one subscription that includes the marketplace listing and the full operations app. No pay-per-lead and no pay-per-click.

2

You pay when you get paid

A small platform fee applies only to marketplace jobs completed and paid through Dispatiq, via each company's own Square. Jobs you bring in yourself: 0%.

3

Fair ranking, real privacy

Placement can't be bought, and optional extras never affect ranking. Workers never see money, and the platform admin never sees company finances or locations.

Only Dispatiq

What we do that they don't

Among the seven products reviewed, based on their public pages on November 1, 2026, none combines these.

01

One plan: marketplace plus operations

The lead platforms sell introductions. The software vendors don't bring you customers. Dispatiq does both: a Growth or Scale plan includes the marketplace listing and the full back office, worker app and customer portal.

02

You pay when you get paid

No pay-per-lead and no pay-per-click. A small platform fee applies only to marketplace jobs that are completed and paid through Dispatiq (planned default 5%, off until launch). Jobs you bring in yourself: 0%.

03

Ranking you can't buy

There are no sponsored slots and no lead bidding. Optional extras (3D Live Map, Growth Services, Aromiq thank-you gifts) are never ranking inputs, and the marketplace rules ban pay-to-rank schemes.

04

Your money stays in your Square

Each company links its own Square account, so customer payments go to the company's account. Dispatiq takes its fee through Square's application fee, never through a separate ledger.

05

Privacy by design

Workers and contractors never see money. The platform admin never sees a company's finances or locations. Email only, with no SMS. Invites and customer pages use secure personal links.

06

Big-team seats at a small-team price

Growth is $49 a month with 5 office seats and 20 field seats. Comparable 5-user plans list at $189 to $199 a month with no commitment.

Dispatiq

Flat plan, plus a small fee only on paid marketplace jobs

Growth $49 a month or Scale $129 a month after a 7-day free trial, card via Square. The plan includes the marketplace listing, back office, worker app, customer portal and invoicing. A small platform fee (planned default 5%, off until launch) applies only to marketplace jobs completed and paid online through Dispatiq. Jobs a company brings in itself: 0%.

Illustration, not a quote

A local mover: 20 marketplace inquiries, 5 booked jobs at $800

$249Dispatiq: $49 Growth + 5% of $4,000 paid through Dispatiq. Software included.
≈ $780Thumbtack: 20 leads × $38.98 local-moving median7. Leads only; software is extra.
$300–$1,700Angi or HomeAdvisor: 20 leads × $15–$85 contractor-reported3, plus membership.

Square's own card processing applies to Dispatiq payments. Competitor figures are public third-party estimates, since Angi, HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack don't publish rate cards.

Privacy & trust

Built so the wrong people never see the wrong things

These rules are enforced in the Dispatiq app by role. They aren't settings someone can forget to turn on.

Workers never see money

Employees and contractors get time clock, assigned jobs, checklists and uploads. They never see pay rates, invoices, profit and loss, bills or revenue.

The admin never sees company finances or locations

The platform admin sees plan and subscription status only. Support views are audited and can't change money.

Email only, no SMS

The platform sends no text messages. Company invites are email-only, and companies text from their own phones if they want to.

Personal links

Team members join by a secure personal invite link and set their own password. Customers open their job, quote and invoice through their own secure link.

Payments through each company's own Square

Each company links its own Square account, so card payments are processed in that company's account. Dispatiq's fee rides on Square's application fee.

A quiet marketing site

No trackers, no advertising or analytics cookies, and no contact-form collection. Hosted on US Clarkarion servers.

Fair notes

  • ServiceTitan goes deeper for large trade shops: call booking, pricebook, payroll and marketing suites.
  • Angi, Thumbtack and Yelp bring very large consumer audiences today. Dispatiq's marketplace is new.
  • Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan offer two-way texting. Dispatiq chooses email only on purpose.
  • Dispatiq card payments and the platform fee turn on at launch. Until then, Square runs in test mode.
